Led by Angie Shearer MBE, Full Colour Coaching is powered by a passionate team of educators, coaches, and wellbeing specialists.
Angie has been a PE teacher in Aberdeenshire for nearly 15 years and has seen firsthand the growing stress and anxiety facing both students and staff. After researching the impact of coaching in education, she trained as an ICF ACTP-accredited coach and founded Full Colour Coaching to bring these powerful tools into Scottish schools.
Today, Angie leads a growing team of facilitators who are deeply committed to student wellbeing, staff development, and transforming school culture from within.
“I believe students are capable, creative, and full of potential. With the right tools and support, they become powerful changemakers — in their own lives and within their school communities.”
We’re committed to making coaching an integral part of education in Scotland. If you’re a school leader, educator, or policymaker looking to integrate coaching skills into your school’s wellbeing strategy, we’d love to connect with you.
